To ensure the maintenance of the cold chain, our products will travel vacuum-packed inside isothermal containers with refrigerant suitable for maintaining an optimal and constant temperature and shipped via Express courier. To prevent products from being stored at the courier's warehouses, orders will be processed from Monday to Wednesday. Delivery is expected within 24/48 hours, except for areas considered "disadvantaged" (islands and/or mountain locations) where another 24 hours may be necessary. The delivery of products by courier relieves us of any responsibility in the event of excessive delays and/or failure to deliver the goods. In the event of an undelivered delivery, due to negligence on the part of the orderer (e.g. absent recipient or incorrect communication of the delivery address), the goods will be destroyed as they are perishable without any possibility of reimbursement.
