Who we are
Our roots are strongly rooted in this sector, our history begins in the early 1930s with the birth of the first butcher's shop founded by great grandmother Filomena and grandfather Nicola in the historic Risorgimento square of San Giorgio del Sannio (BN).
Continuing from generation to generation passing through grandfather Francesco D'Alessandro teaching every technique in the field of livestock trading to his son Nicola who will take the reins of the butcher's shop founding the historic Santa Maria butcher's shop in the ginestra district of our beloved San Giorgio del Sannio in
1980.
Nicola never loses sight of our mission, which is to always guarantee the best selections of meat from our Benevento area.
As time passed, Nicola D'alessandro also made his way into the preparation of a line of traditional cured meats from our areas, thus expanding his knowledge in the meat sector.
In the early 2000s the company also grew in the field of wholesale meat supply, providing the best butcher shops in the area and many activities in the Ho.Re.Ca sector.
By carrying forward our values in this sector and always guaranteeing the best quality, we have managed to create a solid reality in the world of meat thanks also to our numerous customers who rely on our service.
Nicola has passed down this passion for meat and spirit of work to his son Vincenzo D'alessandro thus arriving at the fourth generation of butchers.
Today we try to improve our processing techniques, trying to increasingly reduce food waste and trying to increasingly orient our customers towards the use of fine and genuine meats.
